CURRENTLY RECRUITING - PRIESTS
Outlaw Knights is a guild that has been around for almost 3 years. Having been together that long we are a closer membered guild which we consider a second family. We are an End-game Raiding guild that looks to see everything the game has to offer. Not stopping or ever giving up no matter the cost. Currently we raid kara, ZA, SSC, TK and Mag. Our guild is a mature guild and we respect our members so if at all interested be aware of the following below. We encourage improvement, not bone breaking skill.
In order to qualify for recruitment we ask the following.
You have a computer capable of handling raid dungeons, as well as a stable internet connection, and no chance of getting grounded or having your curfew cut early are all mandatory. You must have ventrilo (mic is a plus; we'd like to get to know you).
In raids, recruits are only eligible for loot that members don't already need. Recruits that are active and show us that you are interested in joining are more likely to receive loot. The officers reserve the right on loot decisions for recruits. In the 5-mans, Need-before-Greed is encouraged.
You can make our raid times at least 80% of the time. Our current Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all starting at 6pm server. We are in the middle of changing our times so be aware. We ask you come prepared with Reagents, Food, Potions and repaired gear aswell as a positive additude.
Please list the following information in your application:
* Character name
* Class, Race (level must be at least 70)
* Armory link
* Talent spec: If you are not actively raiding and do not have a PvE talent spec, use www.wowhead.com or another site to post what you'd respec to.
* Professions
* Gear: The expectations for gear is that you have a quality set of gear for your class' main role in dungeons. As we are only running Kara as a optional raid on the weekends, you should have at least Kara-level equivalent gear. The new heroic badge rewards added to 2.3 should also provide you a source of high-quality gear. An additional set of gear for secondary roles is optional.
* Resist Gear:
o Warriors and prot pallies should have at least a set of NR or FrR gear; having both is awesome. Feral druids should work towards the neck, rings, and possibly cloak for OT Hydross adds; we most likely wouldn't ask you to MT the boss.
o All classes should consider some SR gear for Hex Lord in ZA; the crafted JC neck is easy enough to farm.
o Warlocks should have a decent fire resist set for Leo (and illhoof)
o Melee classes can benefit from some arcane resist for VR. All classes (especially low stamina ones) can benefit by having the violet badge for HAS.
* End-game raiding familiarity (Pre-TBC) and what you've been running in TBC is also helpful.
* Guild history
* How often you play and what times/days you play.
* How you heard about Outlaw Knights, and why you'd like to join.
* IRL name, location, and any other information you'd like to share.

Talent Spec ~ 46/0/15 Balanced - I went balanced because I leveled feral and as easy and fun as that was, I wanted to do something different. I researched different top balanced druids and tweaked my spec to fit my personality. So the fifteen points in resto gives me some backup healing options and helps with the threat that I generate.
Professions ~ 375 enchanter / 375 herbalist - 375 F/A 375 fishing and cooking - Well Aethra was my first toon and back in the day I choose these profs and as much as later content showed me that being a LW would of probebly been better, enchanting has had its good points. I can enchant my own gear and even add those special little enchants to my rings, not to mention the fact that everyone loves a DE. Herbalism helps pay the bills...I think most ppl have a gathering profession, this is Aethras. This mighty owlbeast can also whip out a band aid in a flash being shes 375 first aid, catch a Golden Darter or Crawdad and cook it for those needed occassions.
Gear ~ Boomkin gear isin't the easiest to come by, so I have managed to upgrade my gear slowly through badge bought gear and I have been fortunate to gather a bit in ZA. I've gemmed it to max out my hit rating and then i through in some other gems that I came by in heroics. I know a lot of ppl go all out spell crit, but I dont want to constantly watch my omen meter to see where my threat is getting me. Plus what good is a boom if its resisted? I have repeced for a lack of healers and have a full resto set if needed. Also have a full feral set...only Kara good though.
Resist Gear ~ Never needed any for heroics or Gruuls but if you want it you got it. I farm all the time so gathering the mats for this is no problem.
End Game Familiarity ~ I have cleared Kara for over a year now, Mag and Gruul for 5 months. I have cleared 2/4 TK and 4/6 SSC. All with my other 70 a holy pally. I have been wanting to go to BT so badly that a close friend of mine gave me a tour after his guild cleared it. It's not the same but I saw it.
Guild History ~ I've been fortunate to have been part of guilds that have progressed as I have...Pre BC it was the Night Owls. When Burning Crusade came out I progressed with other "Owls" to Nokturnal where I was guild banker, officer then finally GM. After an overload of drama about a dozen of us moved to Darkenbane where I really blossomed and learned much about 25 mans. Now my time with them is through because of a huge difference of maturity and lifestyle.
How often do I play and what times/ days do I play ~ I play almost every evening after 8:00pm server. If my kids are sleeping I might get to do dailies during the day. The weekends are totally open to me so I play when I can.
How did I hear of Outlaw Knights and why do I want to join? ~ Well I've been on this server for almost 4 years and guild names are not invisible, so I've seen you around. Then one of my best Wow buddies joined your guild and so I've been thinking about you guys for awhile. He told me how nice you were and you're not overly demanding like other guilds he's in. Then I looked at your roster in the armory and some very familiar names popped up. So I thought, "why not?"
IRL name, location and other info ~ My RL name is Karina and I'm located on the west coast. I'm a Wow addict and love to discuss talents, gear etc. I'm a recently separated mother of 2 toddlers and thats one of the reasons I am a Wow junky.
